A Class B pool must provide a notice that is printed in letters at least 25 mm high is displayed in a conspicuous location within the pool enclosure: CAUTION: THIS POOL IS UNSUPERVISED. BATHERS UNDER TWELVE YEARS OF AGE ARE NOT ALLOWED WITHIN THE POOL ENCLOSURE UNLESS ACCOMPANIED BY A PARENT OR HIS OR HER AGENT WHO IS NOT LESS THAN SIXTEEN YEARS OF AGE.

Every operator shall add and record the volume of make-up water added to the pool during each operating day. The amount shall not be less than 20 L per bather per day as determined by a water meter installed for the purpose.
