Provide individual, couple, family and group counseling services for persons with severe and persistent mental health concerns or their significant others.
Provide liaison, case management and case consultation services.
Provide social work intervention, consultation and act as a professional resource to a diverse, interdisciplinary team.
To provide consultation and act as an external resource to other mental health and community service providers.
Please note that the hours for this position are:8:30-4:30 M-SU, 11-7 M-THAlso subjects to weekends and shift rotation
