'On-time' is defined as within 15-minutes before or 15-minutes after a rider's scheduled pick-up time.
Progress and advancements
Niagara Specialized Transit has a target to be on-time 95 per cent of the time, where on-time is defined as picking up a rider up to 15-minutes before or 15-minutes after a scheduled pick-up time.
In 2021, on-time performance increased to 93 per cent from 90 per cent in 2020, while remaining below the 95 per cent target.
