The information you provide will be the main source of supplier information for Niagara Region representatives.

If information is missing or incomplete, your supplier registration may be delayed.

If there are changes required to your Electronic Funds Transfer set up, a new EFT form will be required to update supplier registration.

Note: Niagara Region will verify all information submitted and depending on what has changed, this process could take several weeks.

Our Accounts Payable division will continue to process any invoices already received against the name in your supplier profile, and if Electronic Funds Transfer was set up, the payment will be made via cheque.

Until we complete the name change process from the information you provide with this supplier name change request, the issuing of any purchase orders for goods or services from the Niagara Region will be on hold from the previously registered supplier.

If the previously registered supplier had Electronic Funds Transfer set up, a new EFT form, with new company information, will be required to update supplier registration.

Payment Terms and Acknowledgement

Niagara Region's payment terms are within 30 days as stated in the Purchase Order Terms and Conditions.

Any personal information or personal health information submitted in writing will be collected, used and disclosed by members of Regional Council and Regional staff in accordance with the Municipal Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act or the Personal Health Information Protection Act, where applicable.
