As a result of COVID-19, Niagara Region is advising that an addenda will be issued for all current bid postings effectively replacing hardcopy submission requirements with electronic submission only. The addend will provide content and instructions on how bidders can upload their submissions to bids&tenders™. Also, Niagara Region has suspended all public bid openings until further notice. Bid results will be made available on bids&tenders™. Further updates will be provided on an as needed basis.
We are not obligated to notify any potential bidders in any other manner. It is the bidder's sole responsibility to check for any bid opportunities and any addendums.
