Apply online for a business licence or renewal. Renewals must be submitted at least 30 days before the licence expires.

- Property ownership / deed
- If rented property: Property owner name, address and verification of consent for use as an adult entertainment establishment
- Verification of business model (corporation, partnership, registered business)
- Identification of all who have signing authority for the business
- Criminal records and judicial matters check obtained within 60 days
- Colour photograph (headshot, blank background, no hats or glasses) taken within six months

Licence requirements
- Two pieces of government issued identification. One piece of ID must be photo identification, such as an Ontario driver's licence, Canadian passport or Ontario photo card.
- If born outside Canada, proof of eligibility to work in Canada, such as a Canadian passport, permanent resident card or valid work permit)
- A colour photograph of yourself. Photo must have a blank background, taken straight on, with face and shoulders centered and squared to the camera in jpeg format. No glasses or hats. This photo will be used for your new or renewed licence.

Licence requirements
- Two pieces of government issued identification. One piece of ID must be photo identification.
- If born outside of Canada, confirmation that applicant is legally entitled to work in Canada, such as a Canadian passport, permanent resident card, work permit (no social insurance cards)
- Criminal record and judicial matters check obtained within 60 days
- Colour photograph (headshot, blank background, no hats or glasses) taken within six months
- Letter from employer confirming employment
