Supplier Information

If Niagara Region requested you to register with us to supply goods or services, complete the steps below.

If you were not requested to register with Niagara Region, and you wish to register your company details, we won't use this information as part of a preferred vendor list. Registering your details, without being requested, will only serve to register your company details for use in the future, if we engage your company to purchase goods or services.

  1. Register your supplier information online or download/complete the form
  2. To receive payments for goods and services electronically (optional):
    • Email suppliers@niagararegion.ca for a copy of the Electronic Funds Transfer enrolment form
    • Include a void cheque or a letter of account
  3. Submit all forms one of the following ways:
    1. Email to suppliers@niagararegion.ca
    2. Fax to 905-984-3667
    3. Mail / drop-off at:
      Niagara Region
      Supplier Maintenance
      1815 Sir Isaac Brock Way, Thorold
      L2V 4Y6
