How We Flow - Water and Wastewater Master Servicing Plan

Niagara Region works with area municipalities to provide communities with safe, clean drinking water and effective environmental protection. We're responsible for what comes out of your tap, and what happens after you flush the toilet.

Community growth has a huge impact on water supply and delivery. It's up to us to determine how best to meet the growing needs of Niagara, and ensure water and wastewater infrastructure accurately reflects this.

The Water and Wastewater Master Servicing Plan provides direction on how we operate now and how we plan to operate and deliver water and wastewater services in the future.
