Residents living in apartments with seven or more units are allowed the following:

At the start of each recycling program, units will receive two free reusable recycling bags along with an introductory letter and an information package.
Green carts will be free of charge for apartment property owners throughout 2012 - 2013. During this time, carts will be provided to apartment properties that require them for the launch of their program or those that need additional carts.
During the launch of the Green Cart program each unit will receive an organics Kitchen Catcher along with an introductory letter and an information package.
