The Think and Drive road safety campaign was awarded the "2009 Traffic Safety Initiative of the Year (Services over 500)" by the Ontario Association of Chiefs of Police and MTO. The Niagara Regional Police Service was honoured for creating, developing and implementing Ontario’s most successful traffic safety program.
