On March 24, 2010, a public meeting was held, under the Planning Act, to inform the public and receive feedback on Regional Policy Plan Amendment 7-2009, Niagara Falls World of Motorsports.
On February 11, 2010, Regional Council adopted Regional Policy Plan Amendment No. 3 and modified, then approved, Fort Erie Official Plan Amendments No. 4 and 63.
