Niagara Perinatal Mood Disorder Coalition
In 2007 community agencies across Niagara began a coalition to increase awareness, support and education to women and their families affected by perinatal mood disorders.
The coalition is made up of a team of community members and professionals in Niagara with the objectives to provide:
- Public/professional awareness of postpartum mood disorders
- To optimize coordination/collaboration of services for women and their families affected by perinatal mood disorders
- To improve access to perinatal mood disorder services across Niagara
