Councillor Selina Volpatti is serving her first term on Regional Council.
She served as Alderman for the City of Niagara Falls from 1994 to 2006. She served as chair of the Committee of Adjustment, the Community Services Committee and the Park in the City Committee and served as vice-chair for the Corporate Services Committee.
Councillor Volpatti's community involvements include serving as Honorary Director of Project Share in Niagara Falls, President of Social Planning Council of Niagara Falls, President of the Schizophrenia Society of Ontario, Director of the Schizophrenia Society of Canada and serving on the Niagara Falls Hostel Committee. She is a member of the Sleep Cheap Committee, Niagara Falls and Honorary Director of Project Share.
Councillor Volpatti has been a Real Estate Broker for 20 years and worked as a school teacher. Her hobbies include duplicate bridge and golf.
