Following each municipal election advertisements are placed in local newspapers inviting individuals to apply. Applicants chosen for appointment to EEAC serve for the term of Council but may be reappointed. Vacancies that arise during the term of Council are filled from among those who have expressed an interest in serving on the Committee.
